Account Requirements:

• A valid Google account is required
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country)
• One account per person — no shared or automated accounts

What hearted. Does:

hearted. analyzes your liked songs using language models (AI) and suggests which playlists they might fit. The analyses are interpretations, not definitive truths. Music is personal — take the suggestions as starting points, not answers.

What hearted. Doesn't Do:

• Guarantee accuracy of any analysis
• Modify your Spotify library without your explicit action
• Store your Spotify password

Free Tier:

• 15 songs unlocked automatically after completing onboarding
• Only music analysis and playlist matching are available

Song Packs:

• Song packs are purchased through the platform
• Prices are displayed before purchase
• Songs unlocked by a pack never expire
• 25 of your most recent liked songs are ready immediately; remaining songs are explored as you choose them
• By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery and waive your 14-day withdrawal right
• All pack purchases are final — no refunds

Backstage Pass:

• Can be cancelled anytime
• No refunds for the current billing period; access continues until period ends

Price Changes:

Prices may change. Existing credit balances remain valid. Subscription prices are locked for the current billing period.

Don't:

• Use automated tools to access the service
• Use the service to harass, spam, or harm others

Do:

• Use the service for personal music exploration
• Report bugs or issues encountered
• Respect other users if community features are added

Your Content

: Your Spotify library remains yours. hearted. accesses it with your permission but doesn't claim ownership.

"As Is" Service

: hearted. is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. There's no guarantee the service will be available, accurate, or error-free.

AI Limitations

: Song analyses are AI-generated interpretations. They may be wrong, incomplete, or miss nuance. Use your own judgment.

Third-Party Services

: hearted. depends on Spotify (for library access), Google (for sign-in and AI), and other third-party services. If those change or become unavailable, hearted. functionality may be affected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, hearted. isn't liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or errors

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months.

By You

: Delete your account anytime. Personal data is removed per the Privacy Policy.

By hearted.

: Accounts may be suspended or terminated for: Violating these terms, Abusing the service, Non-payment (for subscription accounts)

If an account is terminated for violations, remaining songs to explore and any active subscription may be forfeited.

Terms may be updated. Significant changes will be communicated via email before taking effect. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lisbon.
